Rules  

• 4 foot string, scramble

• Each team member must use at least 2 of their drives each 9 holes.

• Each team will be given a 4 four foot string.  Basically, the string will be used for stroke deductions.  If you would like to move the ball without a stroke, just cut off a piece of string the length of the move.  
  For example:  if you are on a par 3 in 1 shot, and you all put but the closest put to going in is still 3 inches from the cup, then you could cut off 3 inches and record a 2 for the hole. 

• The string can be used at any time for any shot.

• Record team score on score card.

• Return score card and remaining string with scissors and/or knives after 18 holes to the commissioner.

• The event director will determine at the time of the event, the amount to be deposited by each team before teeing.  This amount will be not less than $4.00 per tem, and not more than $10.00 per team.

• The winning team will be determined by a drawing. The drawing will bee of whole numbers from 1 to 48 inclusive. The drawing will take place after all string remnants are returned and recorded. A team representative has the option of determining their teams string length either above the measured value if the measured value happens not to be a whole number.

• Awards will be given to the winning teams as follows:  

1. Correct finishing string length - 50% of collection. (the correct length will be determined by a drawing after all teams have finished)

2. Low team score 25%.

3. High team score 25%.
