Unauthorized:
Over the last few years, we’ve noticed a significant increase of the unauthorized usage of our team name. Individuals and companies alike are taking advantage of the Legends of the Game’s highly marketable and recognizable household name. In a sense, one can’t really blame them. However, this unauthorized usage must stop.
For this reason, we are beginning a new website feature today. It’s intended to expose those unauthorized desecrators of our good name.
If you see Legend, Legends, or Legends of the Game somewhere, bring it to us in an original, xerox, or photographic form and we will post it on this spot.
To kick things off, to the right is a comic book cover, below is a trailer from a movie.
"Well, maybe occasionally it's OK that someone uses our name. The picture to the left was in the Sun Times Sports Section?".
The picture below was captured in New Orleans, another example of the un-authorized use of the Legends name.
